Article III Project Founder Mike Davis slammed Judge Juan Merchan over his instructions to the jury in the Trump hush money trial, saying “that’s the normal thing for a judge to do if you’re a judge in a third world Marxist hellhole.” He also predicted that the jury will convict Trump, but it will be overturned on appeal. He described the case as “a criminal conspiracy” between prosecutors and the judge “to clearly violate Trump’s civil rights.”
