Maryland Congressman Andy Harris slams sanctuary states and President Biden for rewarding “people who come into this country illegally with citizenship,” instead of shutting down the southern border. Speaking to the heinous murder committed in Maryland in later 2023, where a mother of 5 was brutally killed by a 23 year old man from El Salvador, who had already committed murder in his home country, and “escapes across our open southern border to the United States and ends up in one of the sanctuary states, Maryland and commits this brutal crime.
