States have statutes for mandatory reporting of child abuse which also includes psychological child abuse. Psychological abuse has been documented as being worse than physical and sexual child abuse.
Kenneth explained the importance of the 2014 Letter from the APA, "Childhood Psychological Abuse as Harmful as Sexual or Physical Abuse," and the June 14th, 2018 letter to President Trump regarding the emotional upheaval it causes when children are taken away from their parents at the border.
This has to be taken very seriously in the courts as the children begins to experience a Shared Persecutory Delusion against the Target Parent. This in time, turns the child against a once loved parent. However years later, then child who becomes an adult eventually pays the price by using drugs, alcohol or suicide because the judge and attorney purposely wanted to keep the child away from their beloved parent.
