     Elaine discussed how the courts are completely eroded, no ruling by law, no following the Constitution, bias and collusion. The court officials violate the 6th Amendment every day.
   IOLTA (Interest On Lawyer Trust Accounts) was discussed in-depth and how it is used for a "slush fund." Elaine explained how most lawyers have IOLTA  and this has tax-free benefits.
    There is much power in the Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts as they are the gate-keepers of the courthouses. Not just Pro Se Litigants, but some attorneys are losing as they are being denied access to the Prothonotary
     The court system has spiraled downward to lack of judicial accountability. Conduct boards pose a conflict of interest as it is publicly connected to lay people. The legislation  is also failing the public as well.
    Elaine mentions two cases worth reading: Luis v. United States (2016) and Scrip v. Seneca 191A, 3d, 917, 2018 (this case is in regards to the Whistle Blower Law and how it doesn't apply...)
