   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Patriot Parents to discuss their update to their march  against CPS corruption. DFPS has failed the families of Texas. The Texas Special Committee on DFPS has also failed to hear the parents and their children.
   We discussed how the court convicts once a week based on hearsay. The fear tactics used in Texas against Patriot Dad, is abnormal and has become the norm for Texas judges. Patriot Dad stated his Trial has been moved to January 9th, 2023, and he will stand his ground. The most disturbing feature of this trial is that coaches will be brought in for the children so they will  know what to say in court. This is just is just a taste of Texas justice system.
    Patriot Mom and Dad explained that CPS is a 53 billion dollar a year business in Texas alone and makes more money than a South American drug cartel. The courts define, "best interest of the child," to be a blanket statement to terminate a parent's rights as well as using the police as a "tool," to abscond with children.
     Patriot Dad recommends that if anyone faces a termination trial, your attorney will try to talk you out of a jury trial--do not let him do that. Do not put your life in the hands of a judge alone. Patriot Mom finished with a paragraph from the book, "Behold A Pale Horse," By Will Cooper and she also stated that, "our family is among the forgotten."
