   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Natalia Dalton. She was last on the podcast February 26th, 2022 Season 3, Episode 26. She is joined today by two ADA Advocates, Francesca Amato and Hannah Morris. 
    Natalia discussed her case and how she landed in this predicament. Apparently, her ex estimated her at an  income she never made and then took custody of her child. He runs Judge Lisa Kemler's courtroom like a three-ring circus and the judge caters to his whims.
     Had Francesca Amato and Hannah Morris not stepped in to help Natalia, things could have gotten much worse. Natalia's last court appearance went very well and a new judge listened to Francesca Amato explain what an ADA Advocate does.
     We discussed the role of the ADA Advocate and how beneficial it is to someone with PTSD and Legal Abuse. Children are highly traumatized when being ripped away from a loving fit parent. This trauma manifests itself emotionally and physically, haunting this child for the rest of their lives as well as generations. 
    This was a great podcast with a powerhouse of women that are working diligently to help others and to change the corruption within the Family Courts.
