Brett LeClair Discusses The Dysfunction In His Family That Has Affected His Case In Family Court

Season 4 Episode 98 Published 2 years, 10 months ago
Description

Slam the Gavel welcomes Brett LeClair to the podcast. Brett explains that his entire case was built upon lies. It has already been a year and a-half since it all began. This father only sees his child 10 hours per week. Again, he had jumped through hoops completing everything CPS has asked him to do. However, they are telling Brett that he will not get his child back because he doesn't get along with his own family. There is dysfunction in all families, but why Brett?
Brett is concerned that the dysfunction in his family is overriding the outcome of his case. Brett admits that he doesn't get along with people who would rather lie about him than help him. He is now being forced to work with people that he himself cannot trust. Brett explains, "I have enough negativity in my life and I don't want it spilling into my child's life. I just want her to be happy."
