Soon after, false allegations of physical abuse turned into more sinister claims of abuse. They found Todd guilty with NO EVIDENCE of crime and was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Todd was able to get a reduced sentence to 20 years due to no criminal past and his age. Todd is serving time in an Arizona Private prison.
