Chris Castanza started his Farmers Agency in Kansas City scratch in 2015 and has grown to over 8 million in premium. He has a growing team of over 11 licensed staff. He has spoken and equipped agencies throughout the country for acceleration and rapid policy growth. He brings clarity of vision and an accurate assessment of what is needed to grow specific agencies. His team is a 3-Time President Council member, Toppers Club, Torrey Open Award, and Two-time Personal Agent of the Year in his District under District Manager Joshua Sharp. He is passionate about and has spent much of the last couple of years mentoring other agents and holding weekly leadership meetings to cultivate sales and business growth in Kansas City.
