About Heath:

Heath Shearon started his career as an agent working with his father selling group benefits, where he discovered his interest in training agents. He started his own agency and recruited and trained several agents to work with him. Heath then developed an interest in Property and Casualty and grew a business, until he was recruited to go to work for a large broker in Little Rock that eventually sold to Swett and Crawford. He spent the next ten years of his career serving agents on the carrier side with a large commercial carrier, until he found himself in a terrible car accident and decided to get back into P&C production. When the pandemic hit, he started a podcast called Insurance Town and found himself spending more and more time consulting agencies and podcasting. He then decided to join Agency Performance Partners, where he found his true calling and home as an agency consultant, trainer, speaker, and bff to agency owners across the industry.
