Zach Conley, Account Executive for Lightspeed VT, has finally made his long-awaited return to The Culture Matters Podcast and we couldn't be happier that he is back!  Jay and Zach are making up for lost time and digging right into the importance of integrity within success, the in's and out's of marketing and why it is so important to make sure that you are reaching your target audience, and leading with good intentions and a genuine desire to help others will get you to where you want to go.  We're so grateful to have Zach back on the show, but since the last time he was on was followed by a global pandemic, let's hope that was just coincidence!
