If you have been following our show, then you are very familiar with the founder and owner of Guardian Roofing and Siding Robert Frehafer and he has made his way back for another conversation about values.  In our previous series with Robert, we talked about the values at his company which all fall in line with the letters in "Guardian".  We're flipping that concept on its ear today and discussing the opposite of those values and taking a look at what the antithesis of those values would be.  Let''s start at the beginning with "G" which stands for, you guessed it...Guardian.
