4)  Is Putin Making a Play to Win Turkey As New Russian Ally?:   Turkey's President Erdogan has been playing a 'middle ground' strategy between NATO and Russia, helping to broker a grain deal from the Black Sea,  but shipping Turkish drones to Ukraine.   Now Putin is holding talks with Syria and Turkey, trying to broker a peace deal between them that would allow  3.6 million Syrian refugees living in Turkey to return to Syria.  Why is he helping now?
