Episode 611: Josette Andrews – USATF 5K Champion in Indianapolis!

Published 10 months ago
Description

Josette Andrews is one of my favorite runners to watch. Her enthusiasm for the sport is unmatched.

She won the USATF 5K Championships on the road this past weekend in Indianapolis and breaks down the race for us today! She had a great little indoor season running 14:44 for the 5K and also running a 3,000 PR.

Josette runs with On Athletics and works with Coaches Dathan Ritzenhein and Kelsey Quinn. She’s got her eyes on making the team in Tokoyo this summer on the track!
