Richie is joined by Dr. Paul Hobday. Paul is a courageous doctor who spent more than three decades as an NHS GP in Kent.  Why courageous? Paul originally came on the show some years ago, to discuss how the NHS as we know it, is being systematically dismantled to pave the way for a takeover by global insurance companies and corporate healthcare providers. 

The UK media is either oblivious to this or paid to ignore it. Paul tells Richie why he believes the NHS today has been placed in a state of managed decline, in order to convince the public to accept a US style insurance model, something which will prove to be devastating for patients.
