*Hearn tells me new world snooker champion Zhao Xintong 'will inspire a nation' after becoming the first Chinese winner of the tournament
*Zhao 'made a mistake' after being involved with the match fixing scandal but 'paid the price' through being banned from the sport
*Says he 'desperately hopes' the World Championship can stay at the Crucible in Sheffield and wants a decision by the end of the year
