is a famous line from a Walt Disney movie and I’m sure y’all know. What I want to share today is when you look in the mirror what do you really see? Who is that reflection looking back at me? We see what other people say we are...
the negative comments that were projected to us as a child in our past or in our life today such as that you’re not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough. It’s hard to see past those comments that turned into negative self talk. What we need to do is tell ourselves a new story and look ourselves in the mirror with love that we are smart, pretty and good enough.
It’s up to you to rewrite and create your new story and look yourself in the mirror and believe that you are better than all those lies, that you are love that you’re beautiful, smart, and good enough so next time you look yourself in the bathroom mirror I want you to tell yourself positive affirmations and give yourself a nice big reflection kiss!
