Get your Daily Dose of Vitamin C

Published 5 years, 11 months ago
Description
Have you felt lately that you are lacking and deficient in vitamin C “human contact”?!

I know in this time of uncertainty we’re all feeling this deprivation this deficiency of human contact... I’m feeling it and it’s sad that we can’t reach out to people to give a hug, shake a hand or a pat on the back.

I feel like we’re so distant from one another even at home the girls are upstairs in their bedroom. I’m blessed enough to have my boyfriend spend time with me but there’s people out there that are alone and they can’t thrive alone because we as humans desire connection vitamin C, today more than ever we need that human contact.

We can’t physically connect but spiritually mentally, emotionally, energetically we can connect by lifting our intentions our energy up to the universe because we are all in this together, we are all suffering this right now, we’re all feeling this right now and hopefully that can ease a little bit of our burden to know that we’re not alone.

Reach out to the person next to you or pick up the phone, text, call, FaceTime, set up a virtual gathering, do whatever you have to do to make that connection to fill that void by helping someone and doing anything we can do in this time of crisis!

Let’s do this together... stay safe, sane, strong and positive!

Remember to take your daily dose of vitamin C and share it with others! 😊
