Being confined, quarantined and staying home doesn’t have to be the end of the world...

it could be the beginning, the start of something new, to implement new practices, create healthy habits and routines with yourself and your family.

Now is the time to get everybody involved in participating in household chores, activities and getting to really know each other inside close quarters.

Yes it could be difficult, feeling of suffocating, walls closing in, trapped and confined.

These feelings are real and it’s OK to feel what your feeling but also to be aware not to stay stuck in those feelings for a long period of time.
