Today, I’m sharing my biggest tips for sustainable motivation and willpower after working with women in my practice for over 30 years.

Knowing all the best strategies won’t make any difference without taking action to improve your mental health and fitness. The key is to look for that sweet spot of motivation and discipline so you enjoy taking action - and can do it regularly with little effort.
