He spent 30 years in the tech industry before opening what has become one of hottest pizzerias in America, Paulie Gee’s in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. He’s grown his business to include a slice shop and multiple licensed locations. He’s a leader, mentor and enthusiast to our great pizzeria community.
