"I started my business at 40 and just self-published ten books at 50. I believe you're never too late to start your business or your life.

I believe clutter is anything that prevents us from creating the life we choose, deserve and desire and that inner clutter is related to outer clutter and vice versa..  Physical clutter can cost us time (not being able to find what we need when we need it) and money (paying bills late). Mental clutter can create anxiety and overwhelm while emotional clutter of not acknowledging our emotions can create bad habits like emotional eating.  We can have clutter in our relationships when our inner circle is not supportive and we can waste a lot of energy on comparing ourselves that creates spiritual clutter.

All of this clutter affects us not only personally but professionally as well. " - Julie
