237 | How to Declutter Your Wardrobe | May 2025 Wardrobe Challenge

Hey guys,

We are decluttering our wardrobe this month!  Join our facebook group HERE to follow along and get support. 💛

Here's the plan for May:  

  • May 5:  Tops
  • May 12: Bottoms
  • May 19: One-pieces
  • May 26: Outerwear & Accessories

Here are the categories I use for separating and storing tops:

  1. Long-sleeve t-shirts
  2. T-shirts
  3. Tank tops 
  4. Bra-tops
  5. Hang up tops

Here's your method:

  • A – Awareness
    Remember your why.
    Why are you decluttering? What do you want your closet—and your mornings—to feel like?

  • B – Breathe
    Regulate your nervous system.
    Take a few deep breaths. This process can stir up emotions—stay grounded and gentle with yourself.

  • C – Choose
    Intentionally keep what you love.
    Ask: Do I feel good in this? Does this fit my life now? Would I buy it again?

  • D – Declutter
    Let go of what no longer serves you.
    Release anything that doesn't support who you are today—without guilt.

  • E – Eliminate
    Physically remove it from your home.
    Donate, recycle, or give away the items you're letting go of. Don't let the pile linger.
