This week, Coach Frontier's guest on the show is Coach Dean Blahnik. Dean has coached the throws for 31 years at Algoma High School in Wisconsin . He has coached 12 Wisconsin State Champions, including his son, Zach, to 3 and his daughter Kennedy to 8 State Championships, she is the most decorated thrower in WISCONSIN PREP HISTORY. This episode is about how Dean approaches the start of the season, practice structure, drills, throwing, and weightlifting.
