Whether in the classroom or on the college campus, she prioritizes building positive relationships with her students and families. Expectations, goals and available options change as each learner grows. She believes teaching to meet the strengths of each learner is the key to success and continuously provides opportunities to build independence, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.
