Ed is an industry veteran, a Chinese food scholar and owner of Red Farm and Decoy, ranked among the top Chinese restaurants in the nation (best dumplings at Red Farm and Peking duck at Decoy). Chris is among a new generation of Chinese American chefs whose East Wind Snack Shop is modeled after a traditional Chinese tearoom with small plates and the best bao buns.
