Camilla Carrega, proprietor of Volognano, an 11th century estate, discusses the region, the wines and her family's winery. Brian McBride is Executive Chef of Michelin star-rated Siren at The Darcy in Washington DC, part of Curio Collection by Hilton. Siren is known for its seafood and caviar presentation. McBride is a partner in RW Restaurant Group.
