Detroit Tigers beat LA Angels 10-4 in the opening game of the 4-game series. Dillon Dingler hit a 3-run go-ahead homer in the 8th inning that was part of a 5-run 8th for the Detroit Tigers who are an AL best 20-12. Casey Mize gets his 5th win of the season, Javy Baez & Spencer Torkelson also homered in this game. Detroit Tigers and LA Angels play game 2 of the series Friday night.
