Today I’m speaking with Meryl Arnett who is a mama, meditation teacher, the creator of The Mindful Minute podcast, and the head of meditation for the Shoreline meditation app.

Her work has been featured on CNN, Atlanta Magazine, and her podcast has been named a Top 10 meditation podcast. Meryl has been teaching corporate, private and group meditation classes since 2010, and co-created Sacred Chill {West}, the first meditation + yoga studio in Atlanta to offer regular, independent meditation classes.
