242. The Best of Confident Business English: #222 Build Your Confidence Asking Key Questions: Senior Manager Essentials

Published 1 year, 11 months ago
Description

This was originally released in June 2024. Another Confident Business English classic.

Have you ever had that feeling where you  want to ask a question but you hesitate?

You aren't sure if it's right, you're overthinking and then by the time you building up the courage the moment is gone! Then you think, why didn't I just ask the question.

First of all, I get it. When you ask a question you have to put yourself out there. It's dangerous territory. They might not understand you, they might ask you to repeat, you might feel stupid.

That's why I believe being able say the most common questions will help you feel more confident. You will decide to go for it rather than holding back.

I'm going to run through a list of the most important ones today. This is an interactive episode. You will get a chance to put your learning into practice straight away.
