Description
Judah Morgan was a sweet 4 year old little boy who was born into a rough life. However, when he was still a baby, he was placed into the care of his 3rd cousin. In this family, Judah was loved and well taken care of. However, for unknown reasons, he was placed back into the care of his abusive, neglectful biological parents. From there, things ended so tragically for this adorable child.
🆕 Update since October 2023:
• Judah’s mother, Mary Yoder, was sentenced in January 2024 to 42 years in prison for neglect resulting in death and domestic battery.
• A federal lawsuit has been filed against three DCS employees, accusing them of sham investigations and ignoring clear signs of abuse.
• DCS was also found in civil contempt for withholding crucial documents related to Judah’s case.
