An incredible article about the importance of doing fourth and fifth step I cannot stress enough of writing everything down and go and confessing this to someone else just get it done. Go find someone to do a fifth step prayerfully in the AA program, but a doctor psychologist paid person or even a homeless person will do some homeless people have a very good knowledge of AA and principles.
