In western South Dakota, another property rights battle has emerged. But this time -- a ranching couple, Charles and Heather Maude, are facing federal charges over a fence line dispute on Charles’ multi-generational family ranch. A caravan of caring South Dakota legislators recently made a trip to the Maude ranch, and Speaker of the House Jon Hansen sits down with Heather's parents, Tom and Randi Hamilton, to discuss the case.
