Christy Goff is a Registered Dietician with Pacific Medical Centers and part of the Living Well Alliance Team. September is National Food Safety Education month. This knowledge is important all the time, but right now can be even more critical to learn all we can about nutrition, foods, healthy eating, food safety. Christy discusses good by and sell by dates, expiration dates.
