She leads workshops in communication, self-esteem, decision-making, life coping and job seeking skills for youth and families. Dothula is also the Founder of My FACE, Inc., a nonprofit that works to empower women to be all they can be, all that they were intended to be. Dothula is an author and her latest book is 'Walking in Light, Living in Love'.
