CT HB7033 - Homeless Protection

Episode 81 Published 1 year, 4 months ago
Description

Contact Unapologetically Erik

There is a house bill in Connecticut, HB 7033, which is aimed at protecting the homeless population in Connecticut from harassment or arrest for doing such things as eating, standing or even sleeping in public areas. However, the line that stuck out to me was "life sustaining activities". I question, what exactly qualifies as "life sustaining activity" and how will that affect the public? I get into that and more! Enjoy.
