Brenden Schaeffer discusses the St. Louis Cardinals 6-5 win over the Brewers on Saturday at Busch Stadium as the Cards walked it off on a Nolan Arenado home run in the bottom of the ninth.
The Cardinals actually played a very solid game all the way through to the ninth, getting timely hitting and good defense to go along with a solid outing from Sonny Gray.
Even the bridge to Ryan Helsley was good from the STL bullpen on Saturday. But, well, Helsley himself... left something to be desired.
Still, Nolan Arenado called game and sent the fans home happy! So do the Cardinals have more juice than people think in 2025?
