Sanders was one of the top college athletes in terms of NIL valuation, earning an estimated $6.5 million through deals with brands like Nike and Gatorade. His initial NFL contract is projected to be around $4.6 million over four years, which is less than his NIL earnings.

Despite the draft slide, Sanders and his family expressed optimism. Some analysts believe he will have a chip on his shoulder and the potential to succeed in the NFL. He will be part of the quarterback competition in Cleveland.
