South Korea, Japan, and India are making headway with trade deals with the US. There is hope that the US could be the chief exporter of soybean oil into India as a result of trade negotiations. While there are differing reports on whether or not the US and China are talking, China has softened tariffs on US-made semiconductors and airplane parts. Ukraine has officially rejected a peace deal and is said to be working with the EU and UK on a counterproposal. The weather will most likely hinder corn planting progress next week.
