We used our OSAP money (loan) for University to buy trips to Mexico on reading week. Felix did the much smarter move and used his OSAP cash to buy his first condo. Since then he became an accountant, bought several more properties, joined Rock Star Inner Circle as a member first and now has joined Rock Star Real Estate (brokerage). Today, when he's not taking his family on vacation, he helps clients and fellow investors buy awesome investment properties across the Golden Horseshoe.
