Twin Cities brewery owners say President Donald Trump's tariffs on steel and aluminum imports are having negative impacts on their businesses. A number of brewery owners joined Minnesota Congresswoman Kelly Morrison in Eden Prairie in calling on the Trump-Vance Administration to provide relief for small business owners. It's another full night of playoff action for Minnesota's winter sports professional teams. Minneapolis police chief Brian O'Hara and Hennepin County attorney Mary Moriarty appear to be involved in another kerfuffle. Minnesota senate president Bobby Joe Champion the center of a ethics hearing today over complaints that he violated the senate's conflict of interest rules by authoring legislation directing funds to an organization he's affiliated with. Climate activists are delivering nearly 1600 petitions to Minnesota state lawmakers on this Earth Day in an effort to enforce laws protecting public health statewide. After 14 weeks of training, the Minnesota State Patrol swore in 42 new troopers today after their successful completion of the 70th academy at Camp Ripley. Construction season's well underway in the Twin Cities and that means for Metro Transit's system as well. The City of St. Paul showed off its new fire station earlier today.
