Here's the conundrum... people want to be strong, resilient, capable, high-performing and successful but... at the same time, they want comfort. Convenience. Instant gratification. Reward without work. Success without pain. Don't believe me? Take a look at the ocean of 'magic pills' and quick-fixes on offer to help you and me bypass the discomfort, inconvenience and effort. It all sounds very sexy but I've never met anyone who has succeeded over the long term by being obsessed with comfort and convenience in the short term.
