In today’s episode we have Theresa Alphonse, MPH. She is the Founder & Executive Director for What’s on Your Mind Inc where they are combating the stigma of mental health illness in communities of color by engaging in conversations around thoughts, emotions and feelings. As well as being the Community Partners and Health Equity Program manager at Steward Health Care Network. She has her Bachelor of Science of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She then went on to get her Master of Public Health at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. She is currently a Community Partners and Health Equity Program Manager at Steward Health Care Network. She is also the founder and Executive Director of What’s on Your Mind.
