📝 People have some nerve, don't they? But seeing as someone on social media - faceless account, of course! - has accused me of having a restrictive eating disorder, let's talk about it.
For the record, I honestly can't see how making careful and conscious nutrition and training choices to increase muscle mass could be seen as resembling anything close to something restrictive. Do you know how much protein I eat in a day?!
