After 20 years of staying home to raise 2 children, Celia received the call from Alli Neal, co-founder of Revved Up Kids to come help with the organization. Celia graduated from the University of Georgia with a Management Information Systems degree. She worked for over 10 years for several hardware and software companies before deciding to stay home to raise a family. When the call came from Alli, she decided it was time to move forward. She started as an assistant trainer and since then has moved up so that she is an integral part of the organization. The title is Programs Director, but since Revved Up Kids is a non-profit, she is still an assistant trainer, a networker, a fundraiser and a programs coordinator. Many different hats are worn in the organization.
