In Gaza, Israeli forces targeted Hezbollah's key figures, including Hussein Ali Nasser, deputy head of Hezbollah’s Unit 4400, responsible for smuggling Iranian weapons into Lebanon and coordinating arms deals along the Syria-Lebanon border. The IDF also struck and eliminated a Hezbollah engineer involved in Iran’s military infrastructure in southern Lebanon. These actions come amidst continued rocket fire and threats from Hezbollah, which has vowed to maintain barrages against Israeli territories as long as Israeli forces remain in Gaza.
In the West Bank, Israeli soldiers engaged with armed militants; notably, troops in Homesh responded to a shooting attack, neutralizing a terrorist without casualties among IDF personnel. Meanwhile, in northern Samaria, a terrorist opened fire on Israeli troops near Hums, but was swiftly neutralized, with no injuries reported. The security situation remains volatile, with ongoing clashes and attempted attacks.
In northern Israel, tensions persist with reports of preparations and morale among residents, including claims from Gaza that their food includes horse meat, signaling resilience despite shortages or hardship.
