Gov. Doug Ducey wants to deregulate blow dry bars and Arizona cosmetologists are offended. Taxpayers are spending about a million dollars more for public relations workers under Gov. Doug Ducey, who said he planned to cut back government spending. Non-English speakers who buy auto or home insurance in Arizona could be bound to a contract that they cannot read.
