We are back again with another episode based around our very own Jay Doran's work entitled Thirty Days of Thought.  Today, Jay is speaking on the section called "Pulling Through" and taking the listeners through what this section means to him and what the book is meant to do.  Thirty Days of Thought is meant to be a thought exercise for the reader and you are given plenty of space to write in the book and a lot of what Jay is discussing today is part of his own journey through the work.  We hope you enjoy this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.
