life is suffering.
so if we're going to go through hardships regardless, maybe it's worth giving ourselves grace.
in my life, I've found the most peace when I consciously decide to look into the positive side of the challenges I face. it isn't easy, but it makes things just that much more better.
maybe optimism drives you nuts, but don't knock it until you've given it a fair shot.
