Mihaela "Bella" Sorescu, 16, and her friend, Abigail "Jay" Flanagan, are charged with murder, obstruction of justice and motor vehicle theft. Washington City Police in Utah found Bella's mother, Andreea Mottram, stabbed 14 times in a VRBO last month.
